Description: On August 13, 2016, defendant NYPD officers Mike Suarez (Shield No. 5841), along with unnamed defendant NYPD officers, approached plaintiff while he was parked in his taxi cab in the Bronx and wrongfully arrested him for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
