Description: On August 30, 2020, plaintiff Jamek Wright was lawfully sleeping in his room located on the 5th floor of 113-10 Horace Harding Expressway, 5th fl., Queens, NY at which time defendants Detective Keenan Carter, Sergeant James Weibert, and Detective Ryan Olsen knocked on plaintiff's door. Plaintiff opened the door and the officers proceeded to unlawfully handcuff and falsely arrest plaintiff, without probable cause or legal justification.
