Description: On August 26, 2014, two men broke into a house under construction in the Bronx and stole construction tools and copper pipes. A local handyman saw the men outside the house and tried to stop them, and one of them swung a copper pipe at the handyman with this right hand. Neither of the two men was plaintiff. Detective Brianna Constantino conducted virtually no investigation and conducted an unconstitutionally suggestive photo array in which plaintiff appeared twice. Detective Constantino pressured the witness into picking plaintiff from the photo array. Then on September 8, 2014, Det. Constantino arrested plaintiff in his residence. Plaintiff's right hand is missing two fingers, a third finder is permanent...
