Description: On September 9, 2022, Plaintiff was lawfully present and doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in anyway. Despite having no arrest warrant, probable cause, or legal justification Defendant NYPD Officers Hilmee Kassim, Hector Rodriguez, Joan Cordero, Kevin Crosby, and John Doe and John Roe stopped and frisked Plaintiff solely due to his race. The Defendant Officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and maliciously prosecuted with a crime. Plaintiff was required to make numerous court appearances until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
