Description: On May 11, 2011, Plaintiff was arrested at his residence by Defendant Officer Fattah and several unnamed Defendants. Because of a gathering outside the residence Defendant Officers entered the apartment building guns drawn and began rounding up residents and taking identifications. When Defendant Fattah ran Plaintiff's name and realized he was on parole he directed another Defendant Officer to handcuff him. Plaintiff was placed under arrest and also stated that Defendant Fattah took his wallet and never returned or vouchered the same.
