Description: On June 7, 2012, on a street in Brooklyn, Plaintiffs Duane Henry and Samuel Harrington were subject to unlawful police action -- the former unlawful confiscation of his phone, the latter false arrest -- by Defendant NYPD Officers Frank Bulzoni, Leonel Ramos, Michael Falk, and James Chung in retaliation for Plaintiffs' involvement in the videotaping of a beating of a civilian by NYPD officers.
