Description: On June 7, 2012, on a street in Brooklyn, Plaintiffs Duane Henry and Samuel Harrington were subject to unlawful police action -- the former unlawful confiscation of his phone, the latter false arrest -- by Defendant NYPD Officers Frank Bulzoni, Leonel Ramos, Michael Falk, and James Chung in retaliation for Plaintiffs' involvement in the videotaping of a beating of a civilian by NYPD officers. After Plaintiff Henry had his phone confiscated subsequent to his filming the beating, his friend Plaintiff Harrington, who had also filmed the beating, went to the precinct to recover Henry's phone, whereupon Defendant Officer Chung arrested Harrington mistaking him for Henry.
