Description: On or about August 27th, 2020, Plaintiff and her elderly mother were checked-in guests and lawful occupants for a number of weeks at the hotel and hospitality handicapped accommodation room of defendant The Freehand Hotel located at Lexington Avenue, New York, NY 10010. During Ms. Gaviola and her mother’s stay at the Hotel, she was involved in a physical altercation with another guest of the hotel.
