Complaint
Description: On January 26, 2018 at approximately 7:00 PM, Officers Miller, Mazier, Koerner, Soares, and Does 1-3 unlawfully entered Nolan Emory's home without warrant due to a third-party call concerning an individual potentially overdosing on medication. Mr. Emory informed the officers that he had not taken any medication. As the officers were about to leave, Officer Miller demanded that Mr. Emory go with them. Despite repeatedly asking the officers to leave and posing no threat, Mr. Emory was tased and handcuffed. Mr. Emory was forcibly taken to the hospital for the taser and was later released.
