Description: On November 20, 2015, defendant NYPD officers Javier Romero (Shield No. 16084) and Justin Segot (Shield No. 7684) approached plaintiff on a Manhattan street and unlawfully handcuffed and arrested plaintiff. Plaintiff was transported to a local precinct and then processed, and falsely/maliciously charged with various crimes. All charges were dropped on March 4, 2016.
