Description: On August 26, 2016, plaintiff was in the vicinity of President Street and Nostrand Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, pulling out of a parking spot when he was rear ended from behind by another vehicle. Defendant NYPD officers arrived at the scene to fill out an accident report, and in the midst of doing so unlawfully handcuffed and unlawfully arrested the plaintiff without probable cause. The district attorney was provided false and or misleading information. The result of this incident left the plaintiff physical, psychological, and emotional trauma.
