Description: On October 12, 2011 plaintiff Tynearia Varlack was on a bus when defendant Matthew Tiernan, Matthew Lewis, Jeffrey Smith, and Aaron Klein entered said bus and ordered plaintiff to stand up. The plaintiff asked what they had done to which the officers responded by saying you know what you did. The plaintiff had committed no crimes or offenses prior to boarding the bus. The defendants all participated in grabbing plaintiff, punching her in the face and neck, and throwing her to the floor causing her face to strike the floor.
