Complaint
Description: On April 14, 2017, while plaintiff was on the sidewalk at the "Crystal Lounge", defendants caused physical injury to the plaintiff when he was forcibly removed and arrested by defendants. Plaintiff was transported to the 114th Precinct and Mount Sinai Hospital where he was searched and detained. Defendant completed a DAT. On October 12, 2017, all charges against the plaintiff were dismissed.
