Description: On March 29, 2015, plaintiff saw two police officers approach and interrogate a man in the park and filmed the interaction with his phone. One of the officers saw plaintiff filming and walked over. The officer asked plaintiff for identification, took the phone out of his hand and placed him in handcuffs. A sergeant arrived and directed the officers to remove the handcuffs. Plaintiff waited by the police vehicle as officers ran a warrant search. Plaintiff was issued two summons based on P.O. Amador's false statement that plaintiff was in the park unlawfully. Both summons were dismissed.
