Description: On January 16, 2022, at approximately 1:20 a.m., Defendant officer Murphy intentionally and falsely accused Mr. Marrero and Mr. Bullock of having committed the crime of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree. Inside of 4251 Byron Avenue in Kings County, Defendant officers placed Mr. Marrero and Mr. Bullock under arrest without just cause or provocation and with negligent disregard for the truth. Defendant officers wrongfully touched, grabbed, pushed, and seized Mr. Marrero and Mr. Bullock. Approximately seven hours later, Mr. Marrero and Mr. Bullock were released from the precinct. Ultimately, Mr. Marrero and Mr. Bullock's cases were dismissed.
