Description: On or about May 8, 2023 Plaintiff was in the vicinity of an intersection documenting an event that included interactions between police and civilians when POs John Corbisiero, John Dadamo, Kaz Daughtry, Frank Russo, and John and Jane Does falsely arrested Plaintiff with violence, placing their knees on Plaintiff's back, piling on top of Plaintiff while grabbing and twisting his ankle, and handcuffed Plaintiff in an excessively-tight manner. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned and maliciously prosecuted. Officers involved had a history of misconduct but the police department had failed to take corrective action. Complaint
Description: On July 17, 2022, plaintiff was approached, assaulted and battered by the defendants. The assault and battery consisted of the plaintiff being tackled to the ground, repeatedly punched, had his leg bent and was forcefully placed in handcuffs. The plaintiff was taken to a precinct where he was held for ca. 4 hours until his release. By reason of said assault and battery the plaintiff was caused to suffer severe and serious injuries in and about diverse parts of the person, and suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma.
