Complaint
Description: On January 28, 2017 at approximately 2:00 PM, Plaintiffs Raheem Salmon and Kevin Telpha were at the Jacobi medical Center where they arrived via ambulance after being attached by a civilian. Defendant Officers Tyson Sherman and Edgar Contreras arrived in uniform and began searching Plaintiffs without cause and found no drugs, weapons or contraband. Plaintiffs were placed under arrest and held at the local precinct and then central booking before being charged on false allegations provided by the Defendants.
