Description: On October 1 2022, the Plaintiff was lawfully insider her residence when approached by NYPD Officer Ehsan Rahman, Marcelo Espinoza, Drew Vinci, Officer Millewu, Anthony Flores, and John and Jane Does. They proceeded to assault and batter her before grabbing her arms and violently applying excessively tight hand cuffs. She was transported to the 28th Precinct and placed in a holding cell until her release that evening.
