Description: On or about March 4, 2023 POs Gaspar Batista and John or Jane Does 1-10 illegally approached Plaintiff on the basis of Plaintiff's race and falsely accused him of committing a crime before illegally grabbing Plaintiff's head and body. POs slammed Plaintiff into a vehicle and a metal gate, causing excruciating pain, bleeding, abrasions, and swelling to Plaintiff's nose, shoulder, elbow, and arms. POs then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back and affixed too-tight metal handcuffs to his wrists, causing lacerations, bruises, and swelling to his wrists in addition to pain and discomfort to other parts of his body.
