Description: On December 20, 2013 Plaintiff was arrested by Det. Geraldo Rivera and unnamed POs for attempted murder, assault, and possession of a weapon in relation to an incident that allegedly occurred on November 13, 2013. Plaintiff was incarcerated for approximately 7 days, was maliciously prosecuted, and was compelled to return to court approximately 7 times before his case was dismissed on August 21, 2014. During his arrest POs seized $4,368 and his cell phone, neither of which has since been recovered. Plaintiff was forced to seek therapy as a result of this incident.
