Plaintiff was instructed to exit the vehicle and was the inappropriately groped by P.O. Nunez. P.O. Surko did nothing to prevent the incident and denied seeing P.O. Nunez grope plaintiff.

Description: Plaintiff was riding in a taxi, which was then stopped by NYC Police Officers two blocks into Westchester County. Plaintiff was searched, and Defendant Officers found an ornament knife on him and a similar one on the driver. Defendant Officers arrested the Plaintiff and the driver for possession of these knives. A Judge found that that there was no probable cause for the Police to stop the vehicle and the charge against Plaintiff was later dismissed.
