Description: On or about March 23rd, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully present on the street when he was arrested by PO Tristan Parker and SGT Keith Arndt of the NYPD. PO's had no probable cause to believe that Plaintiff had committed a crime and there was no warrant out for Plaintiff's arrest. As a result of the unlawful arrest and detainment, Plaintiff suffered physical, psychological and emotional injuries. Plaintiff was taken to the 14th Precinct to be fingerprinted, photographed and detained in a holding cell. PO's then conspired to maliciously and falsely instigate a criminal prosecution of Plaintiff even though he had committed no crime and PO's had no evidence of any crime being committed.
