Description: On September 23, 2022, Plaintiff was sitting in the passenger seat of his friend’s car, when Defendant Officers approached them and asked for a license and registration. Defendant Officers then violently dragged Plaintiff out of the vehicle, arrested Plaintiff, and placed him in unreasonably tight metal handcuffs. Defendants threw Plaintiff into the back of an NYPD vehicle, causing physical injury, and transported Plaintiff to the 49th Precinct, all without informing Plaintiff as to why he was being arrested.
