Description: On May 27, 2014 at approximately 11:00 pm Plaintiff was driving his motor vehicle in the vicinity of 95th Street and Avenue L, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff did not violate any traffic law, but, Defendant unlawfully pulled over Plaintiff's motor vehicle and detained him without any reasonable suspicion. Defendants asked Plaintiff to give him driver's license and registration for the motor vehicle and Plaintiff complied. Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested without legal justification.
