Description: On May 8, 2021, a group of men assaulted an individual at 2251 First Ave, NY, NY. Prior to that incident, Pyramides had never met plaintiff and did not know what he looked like. Pyramides alleged he viewed surveillance video and could identify plaintiff as one of the perpetrators in the video. Pyramides issued an I-Card for plaintiff’s arrest. On July 2, 2021, plaintiff was lawfully at 309 E. 115th St, NY, NY when defendants stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, and arrested plaintiff, based on allegations he was identified in surveillance video as perpetrator of the crime.
