Description: On August 4, 2021, the Defendants Pedro Silverio, Melissa Davis and other unknown police officers handcuffed and arrested the Plaintiffs who didn't engage in any illegal or unlawful activity. The Plaintiffs were verbally abused, falsely arrested, falsely imprisoned and maliciously prosecuted by Defendants in a manner that was extreme, outrageous and unjustified and were sent to a precinct and forced to remain there for several hours.
DA declined to prosecute each of the Plaintiffs arrests.
