Description: On March 30, 2021 at 12:30AM, Defendant Police Officer Joseph Agramonte, Police Officer Damian Santiago, Sergeant James Rahill, together with unnamed police officers John Does responded to a neighbor's 911 call to the apartment of Plaintiff, located in the Bronx, New York. The 911 call resulted from a verbal argument Plaintiff had with his wife where the frustrated Plaintiff damaged property in the apartment. Plaintiff in no way injured or assaulted his wife, child, or anyone else.
