Complaint
Description: On or about July 12th, 2018, Plaintiff was lawfully sleeping her apartment in Brooklyn when PO Addullah Odeh and PO "John Doe" entered her residence without a warrant. PO Odeh informed Plaintiff that they had information that she was suicidal. Plaintiff denied that she was suicidal and asked PO's to leave but they refused to do so. Plaintiff was told that they had to leave with her or she would be charged with a crime and taken to the precinct. Plaintiff was handcuffed in the lobby of her building and transported to Woodhull Hospital. At Woodhull Plaintiff was examined by a psychologist who deemed her fit to leave because she was not a threat to herself or others. Plaintiff missed taking a dose of her diabetes...
