Complaint
Description: On February 24, 2019, around 9;20 P.M., in the vicinity of 1779 Webster Ave, Bronx, plaintiff Durell Anderson were illegally stopped while in their motor vehicle. There were no arrest warrants for Plaintiff. Defendants provided false information to stop the vehicle. Plaintiff was implicated in various crimes. Plaintiff was handcuffed and taken to a precinct where he was strip-searched and then accused of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Plaintiff was eventually released on February 26, 2019, around 12:45 A.M. On May 15, 2019, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
