Description: As Plaintiff 1 was walking out of his residence, defendant officers pushed their way into his apartment. Defendant Officer Gillespie made homophobic comments, punched him, and handcuffed him on the ground. Plaintiff 1's mom, Plaintiff 2, came to the apartment and saw the officers searching he apartment without a warrant. Plaintiff 1 was left at the apt and Plaintiff 2 was arrested her, brought her to the 75th Precinct, and charged with 220.16 , 220.39, four counts of 220.03, 220.140 , 221.10, and 221.05. Charges were ACD'd. The apartment was damaged and $600 was stolen.
