Description: On or about October 2, 2014, Plaintiff was rudely and unlawfully stopped, handcuffed behind his back, searched, and arrested by Defendants P.O. Raymond Ng and John Doe while he was visiting his cousin's apartment building. Defendants P.O. Raymond Ng and John Doe transported Plaintiff to the Housing Bureau PSA 5, and he was baselessly and fraudulently charged with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and Third degree and Trespass. Plaintiff was held there and then at Central Booking for more than approximately 20 hours, wherein he was denied medical attention.
