Description: On December 22, 2023, Plaintiff was walking on the street when he observed Defendant officers conducting a search on his acquaintance. Plaintiff asked why the Defendant officers were searching the acquaintance, and he was asked to produce his ID. When Plaintiff refused. Defendant officers placed him against a wall and slammed him to the ground. His face was forcefully pushed into sidewalk by one of the Defendant officers. These attacks caused Plaintiff to pass out.
