Description: On February 5, 2019, a large number of police officers wearing "SWAT" style para-military combat gear and clothing forced their way into plaintiff's home, they rushed the front door which struck the plaintiff; the defendants Michael Masella, Khurram Zubair and JAMES L. TOMASULO entered plaintiff's apartment, had their assault rifles pointed at plaintiff's head and threatened to shoot and kill the plaintiff. The supervisory officers including defendant JAMES L.
