Description: On October 25, 2014, two out of the three plaintiff's were arrested. Delacruz (a minor at the time) she was yanked from the sidewalk and thrown against the ground and was tightly handcuffed. Delacruz was held for 7 hours until being released with a desk appearance ticket. On the same day, DeLeon was arrested on the same street for possession of marijuana and was falsely charged with criminal sale and possession of marijuana. He was taken to the 34th precinct where he was subjected to a strip search which included the anal cavity.
