Description: On May 20, 2017, Plaintiff Davis was pulled over and stopped in his car by Defendant Officer Genkerell. Defendant Genkerell asked Plaintiff Davis to step out of his car and was handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff Davis was arraigned on charges of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, and all charges against Plaintiff Davis were eventually dismissed.
