Description: On or about April 20, 2023, Plaintiff was assaulted, battered, attacked, wrongfully imprisoned, falsely arrested, and illegally searched by Defendant NYPD officers Rona and Vargas. Other unknown NYPD officers may also have been involved. At no time did the Defendants have any legal cause or justification for their actions. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct, where Plaintiff was further searched, assaulted, battered, harassed and abused. All criminal charges against Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
