Description: The plaintiff was at a Mets ball game with his son when he was bothered by the person sitting behind him and went to move seats. The defendant officers approached the plaintiff and told the plaintiff that he had to leave the game. When the plaintiff was exiting with his son, one of the defendant officers asked for the tickets the plaintiff had, but the plaintiff refused and then defendant Officer Ha used force to handcuff the plaintiff. The plaintiff's son began filming the incident and Officer Ha smacked the phone out of his hand smashing it on the ground. The plaintiffs were searched and then taken to the 110th Precinct where they were issued a summons for trespassing. The charges were dismissed and sealed.

Description: Defendant Officer Martinez forcefully pulled Plaintiff from her vehicle after a crash, hit her with a walkie talkie, and further assaulted. Plaintiff was denied medical care, taken to the 7th precinct, strip-searched, choked from behind by Officer Pottyonsin.
