Description: On September 14, 2013, plaintiff was lawfully in the area of 1087 Broadway in Brooklyn, NY. As plaintiff walked down the block, he heard defendants shouting. Plaintiff turned around to see what was going on, and observed defendants rushing toward him. Suddenly defendants assaulted him, grabbing his arm and twisting it and forcing him to the ground. Defendants searched plaintiff on the street, found nothing illegal, handcuffed and violently put him in a police vehicle. Plaintiff was taken to the 83rd Precinct, where officers falsely informed the Kings County DA they observed plaintiff urinate in public and resist arrest, and prepared a false arrest report.
