Complaint
Description: On December 19, 2019, plaintiff was at the NYDMV applying for a New York State Driver license and submitted a genuine Maryland driver's license. Defendant POs presumed plaintiff was attempting to provide a fraudulent driver's license to the NYDMV and approached and arrested him. Defendant POs placed plaintiff in a room and questioned him for several hours but denied his requests of providing a Spanish translator. Subsequent to plaintiff's arrest, he was transferred to the 60th precinct and later to Central Booking. Plaintiff accepted an Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal at his December 17, 2019 arraignment.
