Description: On December 20, 2012, Plaintiff was lawfully inside of her apartment when approximately 10 unknown Defendant NYPD officers unlawfully entered Plaintiff's apartment without a warrant, consent, probable cause, or any legal justification. The Defendants pointed their firearms directly at Plaintiff and ordered her not to move. Plaintiff complied, but a Defendant approached Plaintiff, unlawfully grabbed her face and body, and slammed her head into the wall.
