Description: On September 21, 2019, while lawfully present near Ralph Avenue and Glenwood Road in Brooklyn, NY, the plaintiff was wrongfully approached, questioned, assaulted, battered, arrested, and detained by the defendants, including Antzoulis and John Does 1-10, in an excessive manner without legal justification and solely because of his race and national origin. The plaintiff was aggressively approached by the defendants, who were holding their arms outreached toward the plaintiff in a threatening and intimidating manner.
