Four police officers then exited the unmarked vehicle and, without any probable cause or reasonable suspicion, seized and searched the plaintiff. They later claimed that they had thought he carried a weapon, although all the plaintiff had on him was a water bottle and a phone. When plaintiff questioned the police officers' conduct, he was threatened with arrest for disorderly conduct.

Description: On August 17, 2020, Plaintiff was walking lawfully when Defendants Aktaruzzaman, John Doe and Jane Doe approached, tackled, wrestled and slammed Plaintiff to the ground.
