Description: On September 20 2020, the Plaintiff was legally walking on the sidewalk when NYPD Officers Yousef Demes and John or Jane Doe illegally approached and stopped him without any probable cause or suspicion. They proceeded to falsely accuse him of a criminal offense he did not commit and then grabbed his head and body whilst conducting an illegal search of the Plaintiff's clothing and personal items. The Officers then violently applied excessively tight handcuffs causing further pain before transporting the Plaintiff to a psychiatric hospital for forced treatment while handcuffed for the duration of the time, approximately one day.
