Description: On December 29, 2013, Plaintiff was driving his car when Defendant Officers ordered him to pull over. Plaintiff pulled over and complied with every request lawfully issued to him. Plaintiff was taken into custody and accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was taken to a nearby precinct and subjected to a breathalyzer test, which revealed that he did not meet the standard for driving under the influence. Plaintiff was charged with Reckless Endangerment and Reckless Driving and remained in custody for approximately twenty-four hours.
