Description: On July 21, 2019, defendant POs unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, handcuffed and arrested plaintiff when he was lawfully present in the vicinity of 460 East 21st Street. Plaintiff was transported to the 70th Precinct and was searched, photographed, fingerprinted and placed in a holding cell there. On July 22, 2019, plaintiff was transported to Brooklyn Central Booking and was arraigned in Brooklyn Criminal Court and was released on his own recognizance on the same day. Defendant POs provided false information for prosecution and plaintiff was unlawfully charged with disorderly conduct. Plaintiff was forced to appear in court on 3 occasions before all charges were dismissed and sealed on May 6, ...
