Description: On November 25 2022 the Plaintiff was unlawfully approached by NYPD Officers Kelly Zhang, Sergeant John Epstein, John and Jane Does 1-10. When approaching the Plaintiff outside his home he was unlawfully arrested without any basis. The Officers were questioning the Plaintiff about damage to his vehicle. Thereafter 6 additional officers arrived and hauled the Plaintiff to the 111th Precinct in excessively tight handcuffs. He spent two days falsely detained in the Precinct and Central Booking. While detained the Officers were initiating a malicious prosecution against the Plaintiff despite him providing proof of his alibi and other corroborating evidence.
