Complaint
Description: Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff because he was recording their actions. Defendant Officer Newman assaulted the plaintiff. After being taken to the 46th precinct, plaintiff was denied medical attention and charged Plaintiff with OGA, felony assault, Harassment and resisting arrest. The charges were eventually dismissed. A CCRB investigation into the incident also occurred.
