Despite the continuing absence of probable cause for his arrest, Plaintiff was transported to NYPD precinct. Once at the state, Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search which failed to yield any contraband. Description: On June 3, 2018 at approximately 11:00 PM, defendant police officers Licata, Hinton, Tibbal, Torres, and Tulovic unlawfully entered the plaintiff's home at 127 West 135th St., Apt. 6B in Manhattan. At the time of the entry, plaintiff was in her bedroom in her pajamas mourning the death of her teenage niece who had been killed in a shooting in the Bronx.
