Description: On July 18, 2019 at approximately 3:00 p.m. POs Michael Pando, Jun Candelario, John Doe, and John Roe approached, stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained Plaintiff in an excessive manner without legal justification. Plaintiff incurred injuries about his head, neck, back, body, and limbs. Plaintiff was taken to a precinct, strip searched, arraigned, and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours. All charges against Plaintiff were ultimately terminated in his favor.

Description: On or about June 28, 2019, plaintiff was in his parked car with the engine running, and was pulled over by Defendant Officers, and Defendant officers searched plaintiff's person and vehicle without probable cause. Defendant was tightly handcuffed and arrested. Defendant officers provided false affidavits and police reports, and conveyed false information to prosecutors. On January 24, 2020, the charges against plaintiff were dismissed (plaintiff was in custody for approximately 210 days) and defendant officers were found to have violated plaintiff's constitutional rights.
