Description: On January 3, 2008, at E. 169th street and Franklin Ave, Bronx, Plaintiff was lawfully traveling on a public sidewalk, when he was approached by NYPD officers.
Defendants apprehended and searched plaintiff without permission, but did not recover any contraband. Defendants arrested plaintiff and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. During Grand Jury Proceeding, Doe "597" testified he observed plaintiff receive pre-recorded "buy money" during a narcotics operation.
