Description: On April 28, 2018, plaintiff was lawfully inside of 2111 Southern Blvd, Bronx, and sleeping in the bedroom. The night before, two other individuals who were arrested and charged slept in the living room of the apartment. Defendant police officers, without any search warrant, illegally broke the door and entered plaintiff's bedroom, violently grabbing plaintiff and yanking her from the bed. Plaintiff's arms were violently twisted and she was handcuffed in an excessively tight fashion. It was alleged that contrabands were placed in a closet in the apartment by the two other individuals the night before, but plaintiff had no part in it and did not possess any contraband.
